Hello All, and thank you for checking in! May you be met with unprecedented joy and growth today and every day. In my healing I have been met with various medicines, from music to community, to pain and ailments, and each one with a lesson to take better care of myself. One thing which still eludes me is how to share these medicines with others. Though I know to heal myself first and trust that in action others also will heal, I do not understand how I can fully heal myself given the experiences I have endured.
